      I purchased Brookstone Robot Vacuum Cleaner because it was advertised on ******** and I thought they would not endorse a scam. But I received it and it does not work an d I contacted Mega Morning Deals and I have not heard a word back from them. I spent $93.95 and I got a product that is faulty and I want my money back

      I saw their advertisement on ********* I ordered a product through them .when I received the order was incomplete. I sent him an email explaining my situation they requested photos. I sent them photos now they sent me another email. How may we assist you so it seems like ** getting a big run around.

      I ordered the Shiatsu massager. It works great and came in a timely manner. I do think they need to have a return policy in case the products are damaged or just not what you expected. I would probably not order from there again after reading the reviews.

      Everything they sell on here is cheaper on amazon prime. Check prime first. Dont even understand why fox has them on.

      Ordering is simple receiving never happens. Unbelievable ripoff. I ordered a product a couple months ago and never received it. Great scam I guess.

      I saw a megamorningdeals segment on Fox and Friends promoting a Henkels knife block set for $65.00 where the promoter said that the knifes were GERMAN steel, so I called the megamorningdeals 800 number and double checked that they were in fact GERMAN steel, the person I spoke with said "yes they are" so I gave them my CC info and placed the order After taking another look on their web site megamorningdeals.com I expanded the picture of the 8" chef's knife and saw no printing denoting German Steel on the blade which should have been there ( I happen to have a Henkels 8" chef's knife and it does in fact have German steel printed right on the blade) I then called megamorningdeals back a an hour or so after placing my order, and inquired again if the knifes were German steel and this time they said "NO". Even though my order wasn't going to ship for about 3 weeks, they wouldn't let me cancel my order. My CC provider agreed to issue a charge back as soon as it comes off on Pending status.
