    Installation Kings sent ** out to my home to mount my ** in our living room. We were scheduled at 12pm - 2pm, but made concessions when ** told us he was available earlier around 10am. ** came by and was very nice and confident in his ability. Before the installation, I stated that I wanted the ** at eye-level where we don't have to tilt our heads up from the couch. This should be common sense for any installer, and he was very sure of himself when he said he understood and would install it that way. When I went out to my car for a second he asked my wife if the placement he was outlining is ok. She told him it was too high. When I returned from my car he wasn't showing placement, but I again reiterated that the ** should be visible without any neck adjustment. Alas, he installed it far too high and when calling the office that night, they (*******) refused to fix the issue without me paying full price for them to come back out. Stating it was additional work and therefore would cost me another install and somehow blaming me for living in Orange County as their office is in LA (don't say you service OC then).We are seeking either a full refund ($200) or the job to be done correctly without further charge.
