I am filing another complaint with proof this time. As I stated I went ahead and visited Mr. oil with the intention to get my front brake pads replaced. I already bought the brake pads myself since I have lifetime warranty on brakes ************* he was going to charge me **** just to get both pads replaced. I had made a appointment with him the day prior which was sometime in April. When I got there the next morning he and his assistant were both working on a lot of cars and seemed really stressed out as they were understaffed from my point of view. I was instructed to pull my card forward in the garage and his assistant started inspecting my vehicle he stated that the brake pads were still full life and they argued and said how can they be? When I break the brake pad feels really low and the disks are scratching they are making a screeching sound. He began to insist and stick with his statement that the brakes were still good. He had no right to argue with me and do the job because I was going to pay him for the service and was not requesting free service to get my brake pads replaced. It was not professional of him to make it seem like whatever I said was irrelevant and made me seem *********** I am a full-time **** driver and I know when my brakes need to be replaced. Mind you the inspections and not last more than four minutes and he went ahead and charged me **** The business itself says that they DO NOT charge break inspection and it is FREE. I did not agree And went ahead and disputed my money and the owner went ahead and reversed my dispute. Why am I being charged $40 for a break inspection that was under four minutes? Why do I have to pay for something that clearly in your shop it says it is FREE to inspect? Why do I have to pay when I was told NO cause you couldn't take on anymore work? Shame on you for taking money from me that was just trying to get the car fixed I demand my 40 dollar refund! YOUR SHOP SAYS FREE BRAKE INSPECTION!!!
