    I purchased a vehicle out of state in 2020 and was referred to Leinas registration services to handle the title transaction to get a ********** tile, I gave her the*********** state title and all the paperwork to the vehicle, I was told everything was ok but after about a year of waiting I never received my ********** title and plates to operate the vehicle! Come to find out that all the paperwork was lost and never received by ********** ***! Now I have a vehicle that I can not use or even resolve it myself because the vehicle has a suspended registration that can only be resolved through her registration services! Now I call and there is no answer at all and when I text I get no reply, now this is going on 2 years and she still has not taken care of this situation and now I have no paperwork for this vehicle! Leina lost this title and she should be responsible for fixing this mess. It is so frustrating I really don't know what to do at this point! I have copies of all the paperwork but the *** will not accept copies so I'm stuck, thank you and hopefully you can help to hold this business accountable for there negligence on this matter!

    I had********************* come into my office to process an out of state title to be registered in **********. I processed the registration for *******. He received his papers and registration. I work with **** third party business partner with the department of motor vehicles. I mailed out the documents certified mail through ****. They received the documents and scanned them and they attempted to mail them t*****************

    In this process the documents were compromised, lost. And the customer never received his ********** title. I have been working with*********** and **** to no avail. And the customer is understandably frustrated and upset. I feel I did my job, I know I did my job and I think he just does not know how the process goes.

    That being said I believe he should be reporting **** of*********** regarding his lost and misplaced paperwork.

    What Leina does not understand about the horrible situation she has put me in is that the company **** that she deals with does not deal with the public and only with the business that submitted the information therefore this is the reason she is responsible for handling my lost title,I've done everything I can do to handle the situation myself but since she gave me a temporary registration that is now suspended and can only be cleared through her company I'm left out in the cold with a car that has no registration or title,I have contacted **** and they can only release information to Leinas registration,when I try calling I get no answer and her voicemail is always full therefore I can't leave a message and when I text she does not reply, the last reply I received she states that she is working on it! This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life and I don't recommend anyone to use this business! I just want her to correct the problem that she and **** have created it shouldn't take 2 years to solve this problem!
