    A service company contracted to do an installation on my property. The service company was already paid a fee through a package deal offered through insurance for a product to be attached to home and the service company contracted to do installation. *************** uses 3rd party companies to represent and do installation. 3rd party charged extra work fees for work covered under underneath agreement with original **************** 3rd party was suppose to get a price approval before charging and did not let me as the home owner know this process. I as home owner reached out to *************** afterwards to discuss this extra fees for. Managers refused to discuss extra payment vs original contract and are currently withholding supervisor and legal department information in order to discuss with higher management to discuss the purchase original agreement contract and why the 3rd parties charges did or did not fall underneath this agreement. Managers would not take my call and would not allow any more information to be discussed with me in regards to my dispute.
