    CLI Studios is an online dance studio. Advertisement seen during COVID. Purchased a 3 month summer special for $99 there was no auto renewal. Purchased for my granddaughter. she never even logged in. I did not notice till June 2023 when I was reviewing a credit card statement and saw a charge for $199. I went back and realized they also charged me in 2022 . I tried to contact but have searched extensively and there is no contact number. I completed the sites "contact us" form three times and no reply and sent and email to ***************************** and no response. I disputed the charge which went unresolved and unrefunded with my credit card company. Now in June 2023 they have charged my cc again. i am disputing the charge again.

    CLI Studios (dance instruction) *********** auto bills for annual subscription. I purposefully did not update my credit card information so the credit card they had on file had expired. Somehow they got my new credit card information and charged me. I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY NEW CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I sent them an email ....no reply to date. I would like my $199.00 refunded

    The company charges for its services on an annual basis. They do not provide any adequate notice of renewal and as such they charged me for a entire years worth of service that I NEVER used and was not made aware of the charge at the time of renewal. they refused to issue a refund for the unused service for that year even though. They would not even offer a prorated refund for the time that was remaining in the year. Without any notice of renewal and an unwillingness to offer a prorated refund or refund of any kind, this company is charging its clients maliciously and deceptively.

    Tried to reach out to the business before I was auto-charged for help with a recurring annual payment. No one responded and I was charged $199. I have sent numerous emails. No one has replied.

    1/7/23, Transaction Amount: $200 I was charged an annual subscription that I did not agree to and CLI withdraw $200 without notice and did not send any communication prior to the deduction from my account on 1/7/23. On Jan 7th I received an email thanking me for my subscription from CLI where I then logged into my CLI account to request a refund and communicate the error. Then the instructions had me cancel a subscription which I did not agree to. I bought an annual "pass" last year (2022) as a trial and CLI is charging me for another year (2023) which I'm not agreeing to do. I contact them within 24 hours of the charge to request a refund, however, CLI has been invasive and cagey with their response to my request. *** first asked why I was requesting a refund and I gave them a detailed response that I didn't agree and cannot afford this and I don't use the platform enough to warrant the cost. It took them a week to reply to that email with another question, *** did not acknowledge my request for a refund, instead, offered me a special for the following year! ***'s suggest resolution was to pay them more money and again not acknowledging my request for a refund. I asked for my refund and again, it has been over a week, and no response from the CLI info. I've filed two requests with the company on their website through "contact us", sent several emails specifically asking for a refund, and I have received absolutely no resolution or communication to the process for my refund. They are non-responsive and have poor customer service and business practices.

    I started a free trial of CLI studios on August 15, 2021. I cancelled before the end of the free trial. My credit card statements are showing that I was billed ******* ******** by CLI on August 24, 2021. I never saw this charge until a year later when I had a second charge of ******* on August 24, 2022 for the same amount. I had no idea why I was being billed. I found the app on my phone, which I have a really never used, except maybe during the free trial, and I tried logging into it after discovering these charges, but was unable log in. I reset the password *** when I clicked on the reset password **** in my email and tried logging into the app, it told me that my account is cancelled altogether. I contacted CLI Studios and told them about the two charges. They told me that my account was cancelled on August 22, 2021, which would've been the end of my free trial. And they said they had no other billing history for me. And yet my credit card statements show that they have taken a total of ******* ********* They have now stopped responding to my emails, but have not rectified the situation. They said that since my purchase was through the********** any refund requests have to be through the********** but the purchase is not showing in my**********, nor my ******, nor my ***** ID subscriptions. It appears that my credit card was billed directly and it was not through ******** or ******.
