This business allows people to scam others out of money. There is no way to report anyone selling goods that are not as described. They take no accountability from protecting consumers. I was scammed over ***** from someone claiming to have a sphynx kitten. What they sold us was a retired breeding cat. Claiming it was only 4 months old. The people who sell these animals dont give their real name and block you from trying to get your money back. This has now happened twice. Never again will I use this business. But they should take accountability for these scam artists that use their site.Initial Complaint

Contacted this seller of Pomeranians and after several texts back and forth and parent pictures provided, I was asked to put $150.00 deposit on the puppy to hold him until ready on November 5th. This is a scam account that is claiming to sell sphynx kittens that are 1 week old. They are asking for a $200 deposit and the remaining the day of pick up. I fell for this scam a few weeks back but was able to get my money back from cash app after sending pictures and messages with proof of the scam. Cash app emailed me back stating that through their investigation they were able to confirm it was a scam and they refunded my money. I found this account today. They are using a different username but the same pictures and same information wanting people to send a $200 deposit to reserve a kitten. After sending the deposit they write a hand written contract and keep updating you for a few weeks after the payment. Im not asking for any money as cash app already refunded me but i just dont want anyone else to get scammed out of their hard to earned money. Thank youInitial Complaint

************************** hosts a puppy mill dog seller called chihuahuas1, "*****" selling sick animals from this site. I bought a puppy on 6-13-24 from this Hoobly seller, for $300. The seller advertises the puppies are up to date on their vaccinations and worming which is fraud. She said she was having stomach trouble from being fed "pork." I took the dog to my vet on Monday morning and was diagnosed with parvovirus and coccidia. The puppy was very sick and after a week of veterinary hospital care and approximately $7,000 in bills the puppy died. I notified this seller by text message of the parvo diagnosis and received no reply. She continues to knowingly sell infected dogs on Hoobly.com.This company is allowing the continued sale of animals infected with a deadly disease. I want this company shut down. I want reimbursement for the thousands I am out and my dead dog.Initial Complaint

Met with **** on 4/20/2024 to purchase a puppy. She was asking $275 for two yorkie poos. We met at the ***************** in ***************, **** at 2:30 pm per her request. One of the puppies was smaller and much more timid. I asked her if he was okay , that he had just eaten at noon and was playing in the yard prior to us meeting. She also said that she took them to the vet on Monday and everything checked out okay for their health. We got home and almost immediately noticed that something was wrong with the little brown puppy. I texted her immediately with concerns and that clearly the puppy was not just nervous but in fact very sick. The puppy would not eat or drink anything was extremely lethargic to the point that he was having trouble even standing. I messaged **** multiple times telling her what was going on. She offered to come pick him up and I said that would be best because you need to take him back to your vet asap. She agreed to pick him up Sunday (the next day) after multiple false statements that she was working on a time to come get him etc. I offered to go drop him off to her. Shortly after sending that message she blocked me. After I realized that she had blocked me I took the puppy to the humane society who then directed me to the emergency veterinary hospital. They treated him and then told me to take him to the vet first thing in the morning which I did. I had to call of work to do so. Its now been 2 days going on day 3 and the puppy is still not stable enough to leave their care. She told her name is ************ phone number is ************ Rvnsd437 is her username on hoobly. Not sure of the exact total yet but I am currently $1200 in vet bills as of today and the puppy is still at the animal hospital.Initial Complaint
