  I have been wanting a Generac generator for a long time. I was finally able to make this significant purchase. I thoroughly investigated the various companies that provided and installed these generators. I decided to go with ************ because they were the best price and I really believed based on my own research that this was the best company in comparison to the other 2 companies who bid the job.I clearly made a great decision. From quote, to install, to final run through, I am confident that I picked the right company. They were professional and did excellent work. Due to a lengthy gas line installation the job took 2 days. They arrived on time, and always left the work area clean post work. The workers were professional and very friendly. Upon completion a simulated blackout was performed, and I was taken through the essentials of the Generators workings. I also had a great working relationship with the office staff who were extremely helpful and responsive to my calls and inquiries both pre and post installation. I can say with all confidence that LT Generators is an excellent company and should be at the top of anyones list when inquiring about whole house generators.

  From my first contact with my advisor, ********, to the installation and arranging of financing, my experience with LT Generators and all of their personnel has been exceptional. Smooth sailing, straight talking, no upselling and no pressure. I had a Generac whole-home natural gas standby generator installed. Mine wasn't a difficult install, still LT made the process as painless as possible. I spoke to four companies (three of whom were recommended by *******) and hands down, LT struck me as the most honest and most customer oriented. Their prices were neither the highest nor the lowest. But their responsiveness in all ways was the best. Minor issue on day of install addressed and fixed on the next business day. Flawless. Thank you, LT.

  ************ installed my generator on natural gas. I saw an ad on TV for Generac. LT Generators sent a man out within a couple of days. He did a thorough inspection of my house and gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimate was very substantially less than the other company had given me so two days later discussing the matter with my son, I accepted it and called them to install it. . They were high *******************. They installed it in one day. They were very gentlemanly. They explained to me the various procedures to operate it properly. They worked with meticulous, efficacious and expeditious performance. I recommend this company very highly. Thank you.*********************************

  I needed a high capacity standby generator. My contractor's estimate was so high I was put off the project altogether. I saw an ad on TV for Generac. LT Generators sent a man out within a couple of days. He did a thorough inspection of my house and gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimate was very substantially less than my contractor had given me so I accepted it on the spot. Ten days later, as promised, the installation crew showed, installed and tested the generator, and left me a bill that was exactly what was originally quoted. We have subsequently had an hours long power outage. The generator kicked in a second or two later and powered our entire house for the duration of the outage.

  Installation of our natural gas fuel whole house generator went well as explained beforehand. Installers were polite and considerate, cleaned up and demonstrated the system before leaving. A very professional job.

  We had been considering a fully integrated gas generator for some time, being as the power grid here in ********** is getting more unreliable. Our neighbor owns an electric service company and when I asked about generators he told me that LT Generators was the only contractor his company would recommend. I did obtain other bids, however most used a third party to complete the actual installation which was a red flag to me. Generators is what this company specializes in and we couldn't be happier for choosing them. Our salesman ******** was top notch very thorough and honest about every detail. Everyone in the office (especially *****) were highly professional and provided excellent follow through. The crew arrived on time and they were clearly an experienced team. When it came time for the city to come out and do their inspection for the permit, the job passed **** flying colors. Ironically only 2 weeks after install we were hit with a power outage and the system preformed flawlessly. It was a 100+ day and we had full power and A/C for the 2.5 hour duration. 100% satisfied
