      I PAID THIS COMPANY $1299 TO FILE A EXPARTE FOR ME DUE TO MY UNLAWFUL DETAINER IN ******* COURT I PAID SOMEONE TO APPEAR FOR ME AT MY TRIAL AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP SO I FOUND THIS COMPANY TO HELP ME FILE A EX PARTE TO SET ASIDE JUDGEMENT. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM REQUESTING A REFUND OR THE DOCUMENTS I DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE. I'M JUST REQUESTING A REFUND FOR NOT DOING THE FILING FOR ME!

      To whom it may concern we are very clear on how our services work. Our company is a self help service that only prepares legal responses at the clients request and specific direction. We always require our clients to sign a contract that clearly informs them that were not attorneys and cannot offer any legal advice! Weve been in business over 20 years and have never received a complaint regarding our business ethics, and we are not going to stand for it today! as there are many other families that are in need of assistance from honest companies such as ours so to make false claims against us is disheartening. Never has anyone requested a refund or have we ever avoided any phone calls to discuss any disappointment in our services provided and were not opposed to speaking with this person now. Our number is the same and our email address!!! Please feel free to reach out to discuss your concerns.
