    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Aviators ************** (******************************************************************), owned by *********************, for multiple violations and unethical practices. My grievances include:* Loan Funds: Aviators ************** has held my loan funds without a valid reason, failing to return them to my loan servicer.?* Harassment ******************* falsely accuses me of harassment to stifle my concerns and has attempted to intimidate and bully me into silence.?* Unsigned Contract: Despite multiple requests, the academy refuses to provide a signed copy of my contract, raising transparency concerns.?* Lack of Access: They have denied me access to my account, preventing me from tracking my finances.?I have encouraged fellow students via text conversations to ask hard questions and explore funding solutions. My attempts to resolve these issues with the academy have been fruitless.I kindly request your assistance in mediating a resolution and investigating these matters.     I am writing to file a formal complaint against Aviators **** a flight school located at ****************************************************, with a phone number of ************. I have encountered significant issues with the school that have left me no choice but to seek your assistance in resolving this matter.Nature of Complaint:I enrolled in Aviators *** with the intention of completing my aviation training. However, due to safety concerns and numerous delays in their services, I decided to withdraw from the school. My last expected day of attendance was August 31, 2023. Despite my decision to leave, Aviators *** has prevented me from accessing my online account, which contains information about my remaining funds and any new invoices.I contacted my lender, Meritize, to report the issue, but I have received no help in resolving this matter from them. Additionally, I have engaged in an email correspondence with the owner of Aviators **** who has refused to provide me with the necessary steps for my withdrawal and has even threatened me with a breach of contract.Attempts to Resolve:I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including contacting Meritize and communicating with the owner of Aviators *** via email. However, these efforts have not yielded any satisfactory results or a resolution to my problem.Desired Resolution:My primary objective is to have the remaining funds, which amount to upwards of $40,000, returned to my lender, Meritize. I am currently incurring interest on this amount, and it is imperative that this issue is resolved promptly to avoid further financial burden.I kindly request your assistance in mediating this matter and ensuring that Aviators *** addresses my concerns and cooperates in resolving this dispute. The return of my funds to Meritize is of utmost importance to me.
