Paid items on order slip were never delivered, and Customer Support did not respond for months - would like a refund.On July 14 2023, I made Order #******** that included $89 for a "June Period Underwear - 5 Pack x 1". On July 31, I emailed *********************************** with a photo of everything that was delivered, including the packing slip showing the underwear were supposed to be it, but you can see the package is closed too tightly to have even included it.I got an automated email response that " - Please only send one email OR one chat as multiple messages will push your original request further out in our queue." which is extra frustrating because the refund policy page states "Note: Refund requests can only be made to original payment method and are limited to 180 days after purchase date." (************************************************************)Because they were non responsive and there's a deadline for refund, I emailed asking for a status update September 17, October 13, and October 17. Those were not answered at all. I used the Chat window online today which says "Typically replies in a few minutes" and "You'll get replies here and in your email". This was over an hour ago and there is no reply.I tried to leave an objective review on the website that explains I did not get the $89 of underwear and Support did not respond, so prospective customers should not expect any help if something goes wrong with the order. Clicking Submit on the order did not work when I set to 1 star, 2, 3, or 4. It only submitted after 5 stars.I need June Cup to refund $89 for products purchased, which were never delivered. If the company cannot do this, they need to at least send me the products I originally purchased. Thank you.Business Response

I purchased almost $35 worth of period products from the website three months ago using my FSA spending card. My product arrived and I emailed the company asking for an order receipt so I can send to my insurance company to validate the purchase. They did this before for me and I didnt have an issue in the past so I know they can do it and it works but I emailed them over a month ago and I have not been able to get a response. *** tried contacting them through social media, emailing them again- nothing (and theres no phone number to call to try to get in touch with them). My purchase got denied by my insurance company because I havent been able to send in the correct documentation in a timely manner due to me not getting a response. I need someone to send me that order receipt (that has the name of the provider/merchant, date of service, and amount of expense occurred) to try and redeem my purchase before its way too late and I have to pay for a second time out of pocket or for someone to reimburse me because I already paid for these products onceInitial Complaint

I spent $83 with this company and bought 3 menstrual cups and a 3 pack of period underwear on July 22, 2023. The menstrual cups were delivered on July 27, 2023 without any period underwear. Pros:The menstrual cups are high quality and are the best price on the market!Cons:The period underwear never showed up and I havent received anything but an automated response from the June Cup Company from any of my 3 emails to their customer service email. I have been trying to reach out since only the menstrual cups arrived on July 28, 2023! They dont list any phone number or any other way to get in contact with their team.I am going to have to work with my credit card company to get this charge removed if this company doesnt step up or even respond. Maybe worth the risk to buy a $6 menstrual cup, but would not recommend spending too much, because if you have an issue with your order this company does not care.Initial Complaint

This company sent me the wrong size in my order from 2/25. I have not received a response to my email on 3/5 when my order was received, outside of an auto-response. I only emailed once, per the instructions on their website. A chat was also unresponsive and that feature seems to have been removed from their website.Business Response

Business sent me the wrong size of a product and has not responded to requests for refund or resolution. Sent two different emails per their website instructions and have received nothing back for almost 3 weeks despite their website claiming their "team" will respond within 2 business days. On their social media advertisements many people have complained of similar issues. This business is clearly a scam and needs to be penalized.Business Response

I ordered the June Cup - 2 Pack through an Instagram promotion from the June company on August 20, 2022. On August 22, 2022, I received an email letting me know my order was on its way, along with a tracking number. Though I checked regularly, the tracking number always reported that the number was generated but item was not sent. Several months passed, and when I reached out to the company for an update in January, I received a reply informing me that the tracking number has been either reused or disposed of for reuse and Transit shipping insurance wasn't purchased. Since we are not able to verify the tracking due to the length of time, we are unfortunately not able to offer a refund at this time.My order number should be unique and should enable the company to confirm shipment. I purchased product from June company back in November. I waited to receive my package for several months now. I have reached out to June who indicated that I would need to contact the carrier that they hired to send my package. I went to the post office to discover that it was shipped through DHL Ecommerce. I then contacted DHL Ecommerce to discover that it is lost some where between DHL and ***** DHL indicted that I would need to have June open an investigation with DHL to find the product. June refused to open a claim, (indicating that I did not purchase shipping insurance), to assist in finding my package or to refund or replace the shipment. This has been verry disappointing. I am a College student and money is not exactly in abundance for me at this point in my life. I spent over $50 in product. I was really hopeful that they would make it right and help resolve the problem but much to my dismay they were unwilling to help. If the shipping they use to send the product that has tracking is not reliable they really need to make a change. I feel I should be able to have confidence in shipping a product. And that this is something that their business insurance would cover. I feel I have done my part in trying to locate my product and I am very disappointed in the customer service offered by ********************.Business Response

Ordered a product and received delivery notice but item did not arrive. I contacted the company for assistance after seeing that it was rerouted and sent back, and asked for a new item to be shipped or for a refund. The company told me it may be delivered a few days after the delivery notice, and told me to wait 2-3 days. Sent screenshots of the tracking information showing delivery ***** and the company refused to help and told me I would have to contact the shipping provider.Business Response
