    This lab is a complete scam; avoid it if you can. And if you can't avoid them, make sure you double check every single bill against your EOB and patient responsibility and take notes of every single dollar you pay them. They sent me a bill 2 years after the date of service that was nearly $500 in excess of my patient responsibility. Sure enough, when I called my insurance company, they told me I am not to pay more than $120. I called the lab back and they very quickly offered to "reduce" my bill to, coincidentally, the exact amount of my patient responsibility. They're counting on people not checking into these things and just paying the overages.

    I received a bill from them in March of 2022 for services rendered in 7/13/2020. I was going through difficult time with taking care of my dad as he fallen ill due to cancer i basically ignored all mail coming in at the time. during the last months of the year of 2022, i finally called Primex and was trying to figure out why the late **** and wanted a more detail explanation of what they billled insurance because the bill only says "write off." They could not give me a proper explanation and advised to call insurance and insurance couldn't really help me. I needed more time to research since Primex couldn't help or give me more time. They took me to collections in February 2023. I dispute it and asked the collection agency for the information i seeked. They still haven't given me what i ask for. I am going to end up paying more now and i think it's unfair. I just don't think it was fair to bill me so late something that occurred almost 2 years ago. I just and i am not given the same consideration to ask for an explanation/dispute or pay.I'm just frustrated with them and the lack of effort in their part to explain their billing process over the phone and on paper. I don't use them and avoid facilities that use them now.

    I received a charge from this lab on my credit card. I called to find out information about this charge and the number on my cc statement for Primex was a bogus number. I cancelled the charge. Later I got a letter from Primex with the original charge and a charge-back fee of $35.00. The date of service was more than 1 year prior. I paid the lab fee but not the charge-back fee. Then got another letter saying they would not waive the fee. I wrote multiple letters, received a call from their billing demanding payment and the girl on the phone lied saying she called the number that was on my credit card statement next to their charge and said it worked just fine. However, she didn't even know what that number was. I even called the number on numerous dates and times and it was a bogus number. I hope they update their contact information with their credit card vendor and finally write this charge off. And they should *********************** more timely than a year after the date of service.
