    I bought lawn equipment from this company because the *********** ngeles is requesting from ** (gardeners) not to use gas equipment anymore Ive order different types of tools that makes a total of around $10 thousand dollar, Ive paid the total amount when I place the order with my credit card that order has been placed since 11/7/22 and till today date I have received just 4 pieces of that order that makes a total of around $6 hundred, Ive been asking over and over and they tell me to come in two days in a week thats gonna be here in 2 weeks different answers but that does not resolve the problem, some times I come but I dont have any answer since the owners or representatives are not there just the workers that can not answer about it, and if I can mention this, there are many other people who have the same problem because the company was advertising on and off that the tools where in on sale and there was a program in which the ********** was gonna pay part of it since the tools where green environment. Please Im asking you to help me with this problem I have, because I dont know where else to go. My phone number again is ********** and this is ***********************************

    Hello All,

    Our shop has been closed for a week and any representatives have been away for almost 3 weeks so please accept our apology for a late response. ********************** was notified and picked up some equipment on 12/22/23. As of 1/4/24 we have notified him that the rest of his machines will arrive by 1/11/24. There are 3 items that will not arrive because they're in backorder meaning the vendor does not have them available and arrival on those specific items are not known yet. But ones those items arrive we will be completing his whole order. We sincerely apologize and hope to fix this mistake as soon as possible.
