      I was previously told by BBB that this is the company that owns **************************. My issue is that I redeemed points for a $25 Chili's Gift Card on 1/25/25. It has been over 2 months and I have not received this card. I check my spam every day and it has not gone there. I should have received this card in 2-3 weeks after I redeemed my points. This company does not answer me when I try to contact them by e-mail or the contact page on their website. They ignore all inquiries. I would just like to receive the card that I rightfully earned by taking their surveys. I have been a good and loyal member for many years and I don't redeem points often. This should not even be an issue.

      On November 4th I was invited to an online focus group about streaming services. On November 5th I completed all of the homework for the group. I completed the online portion of the interview but still have not been paid despite numerous attempts to get this resolved. ****** *******, the recruiter told me she would contact the project manager, but I received no response. I have emailed and called the company numerous times now and no one is answering me.

      I have been very happy with ************************** for years several months ago they blocked my number they continue to send me surveys & I love doing them I have accumulated over ****** points & cant redeem I checked their website & both phone numbers are not in service they show their address as **************************************** I went ************ are not there.I wish to continue with the company & hope that you can help me.

      I did a product test for a hair product and filled out the survey after testing the product. I was promised to receive a $75 incentive. They said it would take 2-3 weeks from Dec 31st. It has been 3 weeks and they are ignoring my emails.

      I have been a member of Mysoapbox for a very long time. I noticed that several months ago I was disqualified for most surveys from them, but the main issue is that there is no contact. I had missing points in September from a completed survey and sent messages to their customer ********************** and have not heard back from them. I was trying to contact them via their website, emails and even re-opening old emails from a long time ago, but nothing was responded, I have tried a million times. I need them to credit missing points from September and help me to redeem ALL my points (not just a portion) as I do not feel it's safe to stay with them, I feel I would not get paid for my effort if I continue doing their surveys.

      On 2/25/2024, I was invited by Q-Insights to join an online panel for electric vehicle owners and I was to receive $25 for joining within 3-4 weeks. In order to receive the incentive, I was instructed to simply complete a ***** minute qualifying study, which I did with thoughtful high quality responses, and then to just confirm my email address with the online panel, which was also completed. It's now been three months since completing the requirements to earn the incentive and I still have not received the payment. I've tried to contact the company several times with no response. I'm only seeking the $25 that I was promised and qualified to receive. Thank you!

      I completed many tasks for this website. For one task, I was supposed to receive a $10 tango gift card. After emailing support multiple times, I have not received the gift card.       I was recruited to participate in an "Insurance Interview" that promised a $500 incentive. Participated in and answered questions on 10/24/22 but as yet have not received the $500 incentive.

During the conversation the respondent was able to locate the $500 payment which was emailed to the respondents work email with the ****************. The respondent confirmed that the oversight was due to tight spam filtering featured in place by her employer. This *** ticket should be deemed resolved based on the conversation had with the respondent confirmation that incentive was indeed processed in November 2022.       I took part in a focus group interview on Thursday June 16th 2022 and was promised a $150 compensation. I emailed the project manager on 6/16/2022, 6/21/2022, 7/6/2022, 7/18/2022 and 7/29/2022 about my compensation and have not heard back. I have called a woman name***************** at************* 5 times and have reached her 3 of those times each time her telling me she would look into it.
