    This platform states they are closing and moving to another service. Since they are doing so, *** attempted to cash out my remaining points. Its been over a month with no reward and no responses to my multiple inquiries for $50, which leaves a remaining $3.43 in my account.

    I am the owner of Calign, Inc.   We are a market research and marketing consulting firm that work with pharmaceutical/biotech companies.  We do not have any online paid service or points service, so I believe this complaint is mistakenly about another company.  Can you please let me know if I can have any other details about their complaint?

    I cashed out my survey points on your website on 4/17/25 for a $10 Amazon gift card. I have not received that gift card yet and it has now been over a month.I have emailed several times but have been ignored. I see your website is now closing up so assuming you have no intentions on sending my payment. Please make good on this and send the gift card to me as promised.

    I redeemed a reward of a CVS gift card for $25 on October 10, 2024 from mysoapbox.com. Rewards are supposed to be received with 2-3 weeks. I e-mailed them numerous times and also used their contact page and I have been completely ignored. I didn't think it was too much to ask to get an update. This is horrible customer service. I have been a loyal member of their company for years and take every survey they send me. This is only the second time I have ever ordered a reward in all the time I have been a member. I wanted to give this reward as a gift to someone and I'm not sure now I will receive it in time. My points were deducted immediately by the way upon redemption. The least they can do is update their panelists instead of ignoring them. Please I spent a lot of time taking surveys for this company. I just want my reward that I more than earned.

    Calign **** does not own or operate the website mysoapbox.com.  It looks like it is owned by ************************* of America).  Calign has a trademark on "Soapbox" name but it is unaffiliated with this website.
