    This is a fraudulent predatory company praying on vulnerable people. I received a bill for $170 from them. They are claiming I owe them money from lab work I got through a ******************** doc almost 4 years ago. When I asked why it took so long to send me a bill, they said they had sent multiple notices. I have lived in the same place 5 years and this is a complete lie. They got hostile with me as of this is somehow my fault. They threatened to take me to collections if I did not settle on an amount. This place needs to audited for their legal business practices and shut down. They have 1.5 stars on Yelp for a reason.

    I have never had such a horrible experience with billing. They do not have a fax number, nor do they answer their phone number (voice mails are full), nor do any of the emails ever get answered. I have had them send bills to collection incorrectly with no means to resolve. The hours and hours spent trying to get any sort of response. And the fact that a company like this could potentially impact credit ratings is appalling. I cannot tell you how poorly this company is run.
