    I enlisted the services of ************* to pick-up a ************* that I purchased from**************** and deliver the vehicle to my home ****************. I've used**** multiple times and have been pleased with their service. For this trip,**** hired ************** to transport the vehicle. Initially, there was a mixup regarding the pick-up location and Omega was sent to **************** by mistake. The two locations are 20 miles apart. I was told by**** that the issue had been worked out by the driver and the amount due upon delivery increased from $700 to $740, which seemed logical for 20 miles and I agreed to the change on 11/1/2022. By Friday (11/4), when I had not heard from the driver since 11/4 at 10:51 pm that he "should be there isn a few days I will call you a few hours in advance", I reached out to**** (the broker) to see if they had an update and was told the driver had one car to deliver before mine and would be in ******* Friday afternoon. When I had not heard anything at 6:30 PM, I reached out to the driver and learned he was still in ****** (~3 hours away from *******). I called at 9:45 PM for an updated and the driver wanted me to come to a faraway location in a part of town (not my zip code) where I was unfamiliar because he needed to be in ********* the next day. I informed him that I paid to have the vehicle delivered to my home or a nearby location not another part of *******. I inquired what time he needed to leave for ********* Saturday morning and he said by 9:00 am. I offered to meet him at 8:00 am at whatever location (when I could have a friend drive me) and he refused and said this would require extra loading & unloading the car and would be too inconvenient. I hung up after being yelled at by the driver and received an invoice for an additional $500 the next day. Omega has since held my car hostage and will not release it until I pay $1200 for the same services that are listed as $700 in the signed contract with Omega and****.
