    Print on magnets. Final product not at all like the proof with the entire image contents shifted upward along the top edge of the magnet with a lot of space at the bottom -- it looked like a 7 year old had done the job. I was surprised they had mailed them to me. I sent them photos thinking OF COURSE they will give my money back or redo them. They said it meets their quality guidelines and would instead give me $32 coupon (from an almost $90 purchase) to buy more. Why would I buy more if that horrible job meets their quality guidelines and after being treated so poorly? Ridiculous. I wish I could upload pictures here to show you and everyone.

    Used this company for a few years now for custom stickers, and they used to get the job done fairly well... until this year. My previous order came in severely off-centered and after complaining to the customer service, they re-printed it again. It was a little better, so I kept that order. This time around I found their advertisement on ****** for 100% guaranteed price match. Well, guess what! The first time I approached them with the request - they said they don't do price match anymore. Then when I showed them the ad - they sent instructions on how to apply. I spent a significant amount of time preparing the proof for the price match (the email with attached screenshots and links bounced, so I adjusted to a single link only - it also bounced, and after 5 attempts it finally got through) only to receive an email 20 minutes later like "After careful consideration, I regret to inform you that we are unable to match the price from **." with an absolutely absurd reason for the decline, clearly showing they didnt even read my file in full. So I expressed my frustration and told them I'll report them for false advertisement. A manager reached out that evening (Aug 27) apologizing and saying "I forwarded this to our dedicated specialist, who will contact you within 2 hours to investigate further and resolve this effectively." It's been 47 hours and I'm sick of waiting. So sad to see a company not caring about their customers and their business in general.

    I recently received a big order of stickers that came out terribly mis-cut. I also received a big order of bookmarks that looked great on the pdf version but turned out way too dark like you cant see some images because the contrast nearly blacks them out.I reached out through online chat and spoke with ***** and he had me send him photos. Never heard back from him. I got a leave a review email and emailed it back. Never heard back. So I called and spoke with ******** on May 5th. She was very helpful and said shed take care of my order and have new stickers and bookmarks shipped out with one day delivery on Monday the 8th. A week went by and never heard back. I called on Friday the 12th and spoke with a lady who said she would have ******** get back to me. Never did.At this point, Im feeling like Im now being ignored on purpose and it doesnt feel great. I have my book convention that I leave for on May 19th (today is the 13th) and I was planning on passing these stickers and bookmarks out but I cant do that with the ones I have. They just look too horrible.This was my first time buying with this company and I hate to say that Im am so disappointed in their lack of customer service and professionalism.If they cannot correct my defected stickers and bookmarks and have them shipped in time before my convention, I will be requesting a full refund.
