    One star is the most I can give to this online merchant. My order (5 items) was stuffed into a very small package with tapes wrapping around the opening, which was hard for me to cut it open without damage the items inside.The plastic bags containing the items are old and kind of dirty, you can tell they've been in the warehouse for quite a while.The most ridiculous thing is the restocking fee! What I bought are just dresses and tights, if they really understand what a restocking fee is typically for, they'll be shamed to charge it for skating apparels!Almost feel like this merchant is a semi scam. Never will I come back to shop again!

    We apologize for the experience you had with our store. We use most compact shipping packaging to keep shipping cost optimal for the customer. In this case the order was shipped with expedited 2nd day air pack that allowed customer to receive their item in timely manner. Customer purchased two items that were on significant discount, they came in original packaging. After customer called to exchange the items, they were provided with free return label. We do charge restocking fee on all dresses, this is noted in shipping policies on our website. We also provide an option to chose store credit to avoid restocking fee. There is no restocking fee when you exchange your item. Please let us know if you have any questions.
