    I have been using AOA for many years. I love to call in and speak to someone instead online. The employees are so warm and helpful.     Joining AOA is super affordable and one of the best decisions I have made in property management. They make things so much easier - their free forms are like a treasure chest, being able to call and speak to an Advisor on the phone is invaluable when you get stuck on something, weekly webinars are helpful 95% of the ******** have learned a lot from them. I feel that anyone owning or managing property in California that is not a member of AOA is actually at a disadvantage. If you aren't a member then you or your property management company should be!

    I have been a member of The Apartment Owners Association of California for roughly 30 years. Every time I call in I am greeted by wonderful personnel who are always very helpful, courteous and do an amazing job. The service and knowledge they provide is outstanding. The *** magazine holds a wealth of information and is great at keeping me up to date on changes with various laws etc. If I could give them 10 stars I would because they truly do an outstanding job and keep so many owners, myself included, out of trouble!
