    they wanted us to buy a set of drill bits they said has a lifetime warranty from dull, broken even lost. when i had this happen they have not honered our aggreement at all. i been trying to get some bits for 7 months now. the owner keeps telling me he s sending them i ve never seen them. i really hate to give a bad review but i informed them i was.

    What ************** did not disclose is that he bought his set 2nd hand. We can not warranty bits to just anyone who calls for warrantied replacements. SETS ARE SOLD, STOLEN, GIVEN ,GIFTED ETC, ETC...The lifetime warranty is built in the original purchase price of the bits for the original owner who can subsequently present certified proof of original purchase directly from Bad Cat Bullet Bits exclusively. As far as being promised 5 times the replacement bits were being shipped, it was actually 5 separate requests for us to make exceptions to our warranty guidelines. We have sold literally thousands of these sets and this is the ONLY complaint/negative review in regards to our warranty and/or it's track record of service. We sincerely hope readers here understand and appreciate the necessity of this process in order to keep the lowest price-point possible to our customers. Without it, there'd be no way of tracking potential abuse of our exceptional lifetime warranty.Sincerely,BAD CAT BULLET BITS WARRANTY MGMNT *****

    Bad Cat drill bits Lifetime warranty is a Joke!!!! Waiting 5 months for replacement drill bits, that were promised 5 times already since January!!!! **************** says they will ship out today, and they never ship!! Lies about a shipping error. Everytime say the replacements will go out today and they never show up! *********************** is a joke. Tries to sell u something when you call, but doesn't send out warranty replacements. DO NOT BUY!!! It's A scam
