    I ordered a decal from this company and it took from 7/14/23 to 8/11/23 to get here. It was not the correct decal. I have sent a message to the customer support division, but don't think I will get a responsible response. I am going to notify the credit card company and ask them to nullify the charge. I should have checked the BBB first. I can't believe any company would steal from veterans and their families. My husband just passed away from damages to his lungs from agent orange in the ******* War. He suffocated to death, He was drafted in **** and spent 7 years of his life fighting there. He gave his life for this country.

    Hi ********,We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience it may cause. For stickers, it is a small item so our carrier will take a longer time to ship to the customer than other product lines. We have no tracking to track it but we have a policy to protect our customer's rights. If the customer has not received the item within 20 business days, we will process the replacement for free or a full refund based on the customer . Our team has contacted ******************** to solve the problem as soon as possible and we are waiting for her response.

    Ordered a decal. Never got an invoice nor shipping information. Month has gone by and I just got the decal on the mail. Its supposed to a Navy E-8 decal with my rate, but the star at the of the anchor is upside down. I threw it away!
