I brought my Tesla model y on march 28 2024 to have the two from windows tinted.when finished I checked there work and looked well to me.the Tesla stayed parked in my drive way as I didnt drive since I have a company vehicle.on that second day I walked out to open my gate to my driveway and walked passed the Tesla and noticed chemical ***** on the trim of the windows .I called Memo the same day and told him about it,he told me he only uses soap and no chemicals.i replied the Tesla has not moved since I came from the shop and that he was the last one to touch it.he then got my info and said hed have a guy fix it but he never called me back.I went back to him on June 29 2024, to have my **** f150 regular cab tinted.when the truck was finished the cabin doors were all wet.soapy and not cleaned off, some sort of oil overspray on the inside of the door panel, bubbles on all windows which he said will go away in 3 days.once the 3 days passed I checked for stains on the trim and checked the bubbles on the window,it still had bubbles in the tints on all 3 windows, one window I can see the lint from the towels, and a razor blade scratch on the driver window.i again spoke with memo on July 9 2024 and told him I was not happy with the service and that I wanted the tints removed the scratch repaired and a refund which he replied we dont give refunds only a warranty and we can redo the tints No thank you! My wife paid them by ***** and we were not given a receipt.
