    I rent 4 electrical bikes for $180 , one bike started decreasing the speed, and marking the battery bars on and off. We arrive to the shop, and let the employee know that the bike lost power, the owner started yelling and screaming that the bike was new, and that we probably impacted with something or entryway to the sand, we said no, we don't do anything of what he was saying, and explained to him, that the reason we got the family bike (3 seats) is because our son is a 15 years old boy with special needs who suffered general anxiety, so we never do any crazy things, He said that the bike was not straight and that the front basket was not in the correct position and assumed that we hit something or have an accident with the bike, we denied everything, at the end He said, you know what I don't wanted to keep arguing with you , that's it, leave my business and we leaf, after and hour I was checking my bank, to find out He overcharge us, He posted a $270.00 payment, we went back to his business and started again with the same arguments and when I asked him why He was overcharging the amount, He call his employee and even the employee can not explain how was that $270 amount, and He said we'll my mechanic will come to check the bike and after that I will resolve the amount, we said listen, as a business owner you know you have an insurance for this tipe of issues, his answer was : as a owner of my business I don't accept any opinion of anyone, I can do wherever I want here, and I will not change the amount, at the end all you can do is dispute the charges to your bank, He was totally out of common sense, and we walked out of the business looking for a police to make a report, unfortunately no one was there at the beach, today 1/3/2025 I check my bank account to found out, He posted a charge for $202.00 and another for $270.00, this is a fraud and I need my money back
