    I placed and order with Alice Mushrooms on May 28th of 2024. I Sent several emails to the company with the first 2 going with zero response. I have sent an additional email to the company explaining how it is now June 28th, 2024, and I never received my order or a real response from the company aside from an automated email. I am requesting a refund for never receiving the products that I ordered.

    this customer ordered a product that was on backorder which was clearly stated at checkout and in multiple email updates after purchase. our customer service team responded to the customer on july 6 and provided a refund and order cancellation.

    Transaction occurred 5/20/24. Purchased two Duos and a Happy Ending pack. Paid for 3-5 day shipping. Order still not received and showing as order placed on Shop.com which is what I used to pay. Have sent 5 emails and called the phone number and left 3 messages. No response to any communications.

    When this customer placed their order, we were sold out of the Happy Ending, so we were only accepting pre-orders at that time. Im so sorry if this wasnt clear to them! We sent an email to their address on file from ********************************* titled "YOUR HAPPY ENDING PRE-ORDER" regarding this immediately after checkout did they not receive it?

    I know it's disappointing to not have what you ordered right away we are doing our best to keep up with demand and we're learning as we grow. Orders containing Happy Ending are expected to start shipping the week of 6/10, and the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the fresh batch of Happy Ending leaves our warehouse.

    This company makes false claims and take your money and doesn't send products.

    Hi there - this order has already been cancelled and refunded. 

    We have emailed the customer multiple times letting her know about the shipping delays and also that her order has been cancelled and refunded. Nonetheless, she has continued to leave us threatening voicemails saying things like she is going to "shake our ***** down" and using vulgar profanity. I appreciate you helping us get this resolved as this person is deeply unwell.
