      I received a bill in Feb 2023 from Same Day Health from Covid testing that was performed on Oct 23 and Oct 27 2021 on my daughter, ****** *****, who is a minor. I immediately paid the bill in the amount of $340 on Feb 6, 2024 through the companys website via ACH via my bank acct.. I would then periodically get bills saying I still owed them $340. I called and spoke with someone there on 4/15/24 and they asked me to send proof from my bank that I paid. I did just that via the email they provided. They replied that they would give me an update in 3-5 biz days. I never heard back but would still get period bills for the same **** I called and emailed them again on 10/17/24, and sent them the same bank proof again. I was told they would reach out in 24-48hrs. Didnt hear back again so next bill I received I called AND emailed again on 11/12/24 where this time they told me to call my bank and that the problem was on that end. I called ***** and they verified that the funds were immediately sent to Same Day Health on 2/6/24 via ACH. On 11/15/24 they emailed me that they have escalated the issue to make sure they remove the bill from my account. A few days ago I received yet another bill from them for that same $340. At this point it is harassment and Im exhausted by running through hoops for them b/c theyre trying to get more money out of me. Please help.

      On 12/31/21 I had an appointment at sameday health in ************ for a 1 hour express PCR test that cost $250. I had an appointment at 9am. I showed at 8:55 and to my surprise, the line was all the way down the block. I was shocked as online it stated it was appointment only, surely these 75 people in line couldn't have had an appointment at the same time. After waiting for over 30 minutes I finally got inside, only to see that the staff was allowing individuals without appointments to just get a test. Given that the company had already processed my credit card, I proceeded with the test. I gave the receptionist my name, dob and apt confirmation and proceeded the test. After getting my swab the test administrator said the incorrect name and I noticed the name on the test tube on was incorrect. When I asked them to change the name to the correct one, they said no and proceeded to rush me out. I believe this testing site delivers fraudulent and falsified test results which is very detrimental during the covid-19 pandemic. I called the company and expressed my concern and was told it was simply and misunderstanding and there is nothing they could do. Even though I will not rely on my test results whatsoever, it has been over two hours and I have yet to receive my results that I paid $250 for.
