      This is the first time purchasing from this place. The return policy is basically total BS. It says you can exchange the item but when you try to it says. We are not accepting exchanges. Everything is store credit. How is it that the size on each item is different. I ordered a medium and 2 out of the three were way to big. The size doesnt match what is stated in the description on the website. Then majority of the items cant be return at all. It is terrible business practices! They know it doesnt match the description of what they advertise so they dont offer exchanges or store credit cos they dont know what to do with the item. This should be illegal. Where is the customer protection! Everything is online now, so we need the protection more then ever from crooks
