    TradeAlgo has very deceptive marketing practices. They offer a money back satisfaction guarantee that they have no intention of honoring. Instead of giving you a refund they offer you additional free services and membership upgrades. If you take the offers, they get to keep your money and if you don't take the offers, they keep your money anyway. I have called and emailed many times over the past 2 months (Since Jan 2023) and have not gotten a refund even though I am well with my 12-month refund period. I do not recommend these services to anyone unless you like losing money on their trade ideas and the product they sell. This has been like buying a timeshare.

    Company does not honor their refunds, website is clunky and moderator is rude. Say they will refund in 15 days I originally requested Jan 9

    I joined and paid A LOT of money to this unscrupulous company on 12//4/22 after being assured they have a 6 month no questions asked, refund policy. After deciding this is not for me, on 12/13/22 I requested a refund and was told it would take 15 business days. It's now 1/28/23, they have NOT refunded me and now ignore my phone calls and emails. WARNING: DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS OUTFIT. Try and find a REAL address for them...... you can't!! At least, I didn't.

    May be a good service but I did not care for it. Getting a refund has is challenging. Beyond stated processing timing and still no refund.

    company has in there terms a 6 mnth refund as of today 12.21.22 no refund ive been trying since 9/22
