    I have been dealing with issues at Parkland Apartments since I moved in. The manager has been extremely rude throughout the entire time I have lived here. I have made several documented attempts through email and over the phone informing them I will not ve renewing my lease. After not hearing anything they sent me a form that needed to be filled out stating I will not be renewing my lease. I filled the form out and returned it. The office manager said everything was fine, as I spoke with her previously to give her verbal confirmation I would be moving out. Later a different employee "****" contacting me saying I was in violation because the form was not submitted within 30 days. I reminded him of the several emails and phone calls where I stated I would not be renewing. He continued to interrupt and and said since he did not receive the form within 30 days they would charge me. I know he will also find a way to keep my security deposit. I don't know what to do or who else to contact to make sure I am not taken advantage of. All I want to do is pay my rent until the 12th, move out, and get my security back in full. This place is a nightmare. They never maintain the grass. It is has been cut twice in two years, my garage leaks every time it rains. There is always beer cans laying all over the property. Anytime I bring up a complaint to "****" he is dismissive and gives an attitude. Please give me directions on who I can contact or what legal action I can take since they are claiming I did not give proper notice
