    This school is going to extreme measures to make sure I don’t receive my proof of training, which has already been paid for they are telling me I must pay out-of-pocket for my proof of training

    This happened today 17Dec2023, my daughter graduated, and full payment was requested by Lu Ross or else she would not receiver her diploma. I paid in full, yet my daughter didn't get her lash certificate that she completed in December. If I didn't pay my daughter doesn't get the diploma, but they didn't finish their portion of certificates. I was forced to pay.
    I also then talked to them about their hybrid program that she attended which is the only way they can go to school there. Still using COVID as an excuse, which is confusing since they can go 3 others during the week. The students are only onsite 3 days a week and 2 days it's remotely. We pay for 600 hundred hours and all the parents I spoke said the same thing I did. The students would login on the remote days and then do whatever they wanted and there was no teaching going. They are charging the public a ridiculous amount of money, but not delivering what say they will deliver. Beauty school is a very practical school and that can't get the practical training if they are not onsite. We were told a totally different story when we talked to admissions and what we would be receiving for the schooling. Their response was very dismissive and zero accountability.
    I also had to take a photo of my payments so they could be applied to her bill, why am I doing their job for them. Plus, the facility is super old and run down. Not sure where all the money is going, but pretty sure itis filling the pockets of the lazy staff.
