    i attempted to cancel my service with spectrum business on 2/28/23 due to closure of my office. I had to call 3 times to get it done the last person said my service was cancelled and they spoke with an appropriate supervisor. A week (3/6/23) later i was being emailed statements suggesting i was still a customer. So I called again and i was told I never cancelled my account but they could do so that day. I requested that that effective date of cancellation be 2/28/23 the day i called to cancel. They said they couldn't do that but would issue me a credit for last month's service. And was told and given confirmation number my service was cancelled. I returned all equipment.
    On 3/15/23 i was charged $60 by them. I called again and it took 4 different times (3/23) and was told i was billed for March service because i cancelled service on March 6th. So they charged me the entire month of March for 6 days of "service" on a cancelled account which was $100 minus a $40 credit) so i owed $60. this company is incompetent at best and criminal at worst based on my experience. I will never use Spectrum again.

    If could leave a zero star I would. I have been with spectrum for internet, cable, and phone for about 5 years. My phone broke on Jan 31 2023, I had insurance but they would not let me file a claim bc I could not turn off find my iPhone and didn’t remember my password. So the years I been paying for insurance didn’t matter. Spectrum would not allow me to make a claim. I order an upgrade so I could at least have a phone two days later. The order said I will receive my phone in 2-3 business days. It’s now feb 7, and I still have not received a phone. I called three times and each time I was told About a different process that spectrum had. I was even told I would receive the phone the next day and nothing. Today I called and the agent said the phone is in a whole different state. No one even send me an email of the tracking number. This company does not care about their customers at all. I express to every single agent how I needed my phone. It was for work. Years of paying for insurance and couldn’t file a claim. Not bc I didn’t have the phone to return but all bc I didn’t remember my apple information. This way the company gets over on their customers.
    All that money gone. I didn’t even receive an email of the tracking number Just disappointed all together.
