    Unhappy with failure to disclose all fees, charges, etc.
    A few years ago when I buried my wife, I bought a plot and had them dig it deeper so that I may be laid to rest in the same plot. This year when I went to make my final arrangement and pre-pay for my own funeral, I was told that they do not accept prepayment for burial arrangements. Some cemeteries accept prepayment, but Ivy Lawn does not.
    If I had known that information three years ago, I would not have paid 5000 dollars extra to have them dig the grave deep enough for two people. Now I have to find another cemetery and purchase a new plot so that I can prepay for myself and not have to worry about it. Ivy Lawn did not disclose their policy and basically stole money from me.
