    To the team at Lotus Dental—
    If you’re going to waste nearly two and a half hours of my day, disrespect me, and give me the worst dental experience I’ve ever had, the least you could do is buy me dinner first.
    The doctor was cold, rough, and borderline aggressive—no care, no warmth, no professionalism. After that, I sat alone in the chair for 30 minutes waiting on a hygienist who never showed. I finally walked out because it was my day off, and I wasn’t about to let your incompetence devour more of it.
    When I told the front desk what happened, the girl laughed. She laughed. Like my time, energy, and dignity were all just a joke.
    You don’t get to call this “care.” This was an ambush in scrubs. The whole thing felt less like a healthcare visit and more like a one-sided assault I didn’t agree to.
    I sincerely hope no one else makes the mistake of walking through your doors. And if this place has any future at all, it needs to start with an entirely new staff. What’s happening there now is disgraceful.
