    0 responses to messages. I placed an order and paid extra for shipping. It shipped after it was estimated to arrive, then when i received the order there was a not saying that not all items were in stock and that they would be refunded. I’ve sent so many messages asking for help. I placed a PayPal claim and it was refused because they said it shipped. But they won’t acknowledge that the order was incomplete despite me including the enclosed notes.
    This is horrible business. I know it’s not a lot of money I’m asking for returned off the items I didn’t receive but I have to re-order somewhere else. It destroyed my project timing and it’s the principal of the matter. If the shop is unable to provide customer service and problem solve and is keeping funds from customers, they shouldn’t be taking orders in my opinion.
