      I spent 300 reward points on item that is no longer carried......32 pack of signature water. I only got a 24 pack, for 200 points but was charged 300 reward points. I thought it would be easy to contact explain and get my 100 points back. Not! After two weeks, three contacts, no response and no points added....i am forced to do a BBB complaint? Why they wont answer my first enquireries is beyond me?

      Was recently given a gift card that had fraud. The gift card was for the store Sephora, and purchased through Vons. We worked with this vons location to try and get our funds back. They called many corporate & fraud numbers on their side to find what options were available to us. Unfortunately, at the end - they were unable to retrieve our funds and we are left with a gift card purchased from Vons with a $0 balance. We would like our $150, either in the form of a new gift card or a refund.

      Business advertises products that are not available . Order comes without critical items . When I reached out to Angie the online food manager at Vons with my concerns she yelled at me , threatened me , and made unauthorized charges to my debit card account . The staff here is extremely rude and aggresive .

      August 12 2023 I put in a order on vons app for delivery and I paid with ebt and my order never got my delivery the app say delayed and it's still withholding my funds of 150.00 I contacted the store manager they said it will take a week and it been more than a week it's been a month and a half. This is stealing. On top of that I paid for the fresh pass of 12.99. I just want my money returned to me so I can eat I have diabetes

      I placed this order last night Aug 4.And was charged $39.45 on my debit card.When I went to check the order this morning,the order had disappeared on the app.Nothing.Blank.When I called the delivery service,they said the order did not exist.So now I’m out almost $40.00.I’m on a fixed limited income and cannot afford this kind poor service and indifference .
