    I ordered a hat on April 11. When I did not receive I called them. My order had been overlooked and never sent, but they would send it out that day. Wear date was in 4 days. Called the next day to see why it hadn't shipped. Said it was shipping that day and should be to me in 4-5 days and if I still didn't need it to refuse package. Terrible service! They didn't even ship it faster to get here. Definitely don't recommend because you not get it in time

    Firstly, I sincerely apologize about your order being overlooked. It rarely happens and was an honest mistake on our staffs part.
    That being said however, I do have to agree that we could have done better by expediting the order to you after the problem was found and the timeline explained.
    This situation has already been reviewed with our customer service and shipping team to try and avoid these issues in the future.
