      I have mistakenly paid a monthly fee of $192.54 for trash removal service in Ventura for about a year, which accumulated a credit of $2,166.10. The mistake is that the $192.54 was billed every two months but I set up an electronic payment in this amount monthly. The business never notified me of this huge credit on my account. I just happened to call on April 15, 2025 to make a change in my service and that's when I learned I have a credit. I have requested that the credit is returned to ma as soon as possible. I have called 2 more times and requested customer service take care of returning this credit without any action. I spoke to a manager on two occasions and she stated that the owners of the company are semi-retired and she is not able to issue the check, As of May 9, 29025, almost a month later, the credit has not been issued.

       Ms. K******* has taken care of and has been refunded as of  05/13/25.  I apologize if their was a delay in getting that refunded back to her but sometimes we have to wait to make sure they turned off their auto pay with their bank.
