      First visit 5 star and I welcomed their return when pump of washer failed 7 months later, but on that visit tech broke a piece of plastic saying it was “only cosmetic” when I called warranty company my policy was cancelled for his damage. This pump only lasted 4 months so I will have to go to laundromat until I can replace Maytag washer even though I should have had years left on contract. I would like to talk to Maytag customer service about product concerns with 3 fails in a year.

      Absolutely rude! Abrasive! Condescending! Warning: go elsewhere! Needless to say, I did not allow them to complete the job.
