The communication was on par. Constant updates about my order and fast responses about any and all inquires from their team. All products received were genuine and accurate. I am confident these parts got to me in the manor expected of the manufacturer to the consumer. This won’t be my last order.

I ordered a set of lowering springs from Pro Import Tuners, according to the website they were I stock. After a couple days went by after placing the order I had not received a shipping confirmation so I sent an email to see if i could get an update. Within minutes I was emailed back and informed that the parts were not in stock and the manufacturer had discontinued the item, while that was frustrating they sent me 2 different options for similar parts (lowering springs) or the option to refund. After looking at the 2 other spring options I choose a set that was more than my original purchase and the promptly changed my order to those at no extra charge. Not only that they shipped them out that day!
Amazing customer service from my prospective and fast shipping. Stuff happens sometimes and parts can become no longer available. When that happened with Pro Import Tuners they made it right quickly. This is how a company should operate! Will buy from them again and I would recommend others to do so. If you have any issue with any company please give the company a fair chance to make it right and be respectful in the process, it will help out in the long run for all parties involved.PRO Import Tuners
