    Horrible. I never received my boots. They sent a refund through Amazon pay after 10 days. But I didn't ask for refund! I wanted my boots. NO ONE answers calls or emails. Never buy from them

    Worst company ever. If your trying to return something to them...they have in their small fine print that you have 5 days to return it...but the catch is you have to pay for the shipping label..which is fine...but I paid them 20$ for a shipping label and they never emailed it to me with in the 5 days...because if you don't do it within 5 days...they only give you store credit. I wanted my money back and since they wouldn't send me the label through email in time...I had to go to the post office and pay 18$ for another label so it would be sent out in the 5day period. So that puts me out 155$ when the product and return was for 115$. Long story short...they got my item 4 days after I sent it ..then denied my claim against them saying I didn't provide tracking information...which I did. So PayPal got involved and escalated my case and now mycozyboots response is that I sent it to the wrong place. The address is all over the website. So now they said I sent it to the wrong place and that's why my claim is denied. These people are horrible I would never order from them EVER and I'm getting in touch with the BBB because now I'm out 155$ and they got their shoes back. This can't be legal so now I'm looking into it legally as well. Don't ever order from this company!!!

    Bought two pairs of shoes and one of them are to big and just need to exchange and they want answer my call, text or email.
