    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20197932, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    The company only responded after I filed a complaint. I asked for a full refund for 10 bikes because no one had a complete experience. Rather it was a massive hassle with zero support offered by the company. Any extra time was due to having to get a car big enough to fit a replacement bike and drive it to a rider that was left with a dead battery after only 3 hours of use. “Extra time” was not given. It was needed to return a product that had failed.

    uncomfortable. No Lyfts or Ubers would respond to a pickup request because we were so remote.

    We ended up ditching the bike since we had no means to take care of it and the company wouldn’t help us. Within an hour of us ditching it they made their way to pick up their important bike.

    Carlos was as helpful as he could be which was not very. He Directed me to director of operation, ****.
    **** has been a dead end. He’s dragging this out and refusing any negotiation or refund. Their offer is to refund two bikes. The day was an utter disaster and it’s shocking how much this company simply does not care.

    What I want is a full refund. The whole day was wasted spending time on the trail with a broken bike and fielding unsafe events. The company has had zero ownership of proactive ness of taking care of us as customers.

    We had issued a refund for 4 of
    the Electric Bikes. We gave free extra rental time for the remaining part of
    the group that continued their ride.
