  I've worked with this company for a total time of two years. Stepped out once under Luke, the old operations manager when I worked CPS during COVID, and came back expecting something different only to end up with Christine. I was a supervisor for about 4-5 months. I was a grunt for a year and four or five months when I stepped back in on top of the supervisory. Let me explain. I was tasked with guarding GPM Life. It was a good time there, I had raises annually, the boss Asa Cooper was a strange one, and sometimes we had disagreements, but the man was an excellent supervisor and I did look up to how he managed things, kept me on my toes. He resigned, and me and two other officers got a bump in pay, the one made a supervisor constantly smoked pot and you can tell, cause he'd come in reeking of it. Getting off topic. I was offered a position supervisory. I had expressed before taking any position, that I need a bus route, as at that time, my car broke down frequently and having a vehicle to get from A to B or at least a metropolitan was needed. It is in Christine's job description, and I know because I applied and almost got the job for an account manager there, to look at zip codes to determine where a guard can be placed. She agreed and put me at a post up in green mountain where a bus route was quite far. I went from making 12.50hr on raise, to 14hr. I was guarding Emerald Forest or some HOA property lined up by an exit on 1604. I was tasked with teaching four guards the job. Communication with management was poor. The contract was already poor and I came off as "demanding" for requesting water or anything like paper that can help the guards do their job efficiently, so let me tell you, they don't take your side when it comes to contracts. Anyway, back to topic.

  This Company has Plenty of Unstable HR Managers and they don't pay you the amount the promised. They also don't pay you the full overtime amount. I worked for them twice now and just recently they told my boyfriend that I'm un-rehireable and they can't even communicate that directly to me. I won't recommend anyone to them anymore based on how they treat women.

  Fired out of no where on false claims after a year, worked a lot of over time, many call offs unorganized, on a personal perspective I’d be careful with these employees and staff on false claims, I hope this does not happen again to someone else. Wa state Spokane branch

  be aware Security Security San Diego Excepts Racism & Bullying from other employees i went to HR with an issue & they did nothing but show up at the job site & talked to the person that was it i was told in the Securitas Training Class they Don't Tolerate or Except Racism & Bullying at all to the person that says all this Horrible things its not just Racism its also the thing that has been said about other co workers & How other Employees are being Treated by her the On site Manager lets her run the show She acts like shes in charge of everyone & she gets away with it if you try to bring anything to the on site manager he does nothing but take the other persons side because they are friend's out side of work not to Mention shes a Female

  Paid them for their Security guard class and certification. I Signed all waivers. At the end the HR said the job is for a state job that they don't allow people who smoke marijuana. When they had me sign a waiver at the beginning when I traveled about 4 hours to take the training class. I was constantly given excuses and being lied to the whole time. Even the website was "down" I called many times and sometimes the line would be off. When I finally got someone on the phone, I always got told they are busy and to leave name and phone number and would get a call back. Never got a call back, I took over a month to get a hold of someone. They said they sent out the uniform and supposably more forms to sign and never received them until I had to get on their case, I haven't received em. Pretty much to get to the point they just scam people.
  Well this was my experience, I was cautious about filling out applications on Indeed.com because I already figured out that Indeed.com allows anyone to post ads to hire. So, watch out yall , heads up. I paid for the class and fingerprints. I want my money back.
