    I purchased two swimsuits online and received them in a timely manner. However, both suits appear to be irregular, in that they are cut in such an odd fashion that it seems there must have been mistakes made in the production of them. Regardless, one of them is unusable, and the other just doesn't fit right. There is a return policy on the website stating
    "We stand behind all of our products. Returned items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in new, unused condition with original tags attached and are subject to final inspection by our staff.

    Please contact us with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned, and the reason for the return. We will then email you a return shipping label (the US only).

    Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email (at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed), and your return will be processed within 24-48 hours.

    Need a different size, color, or style? Contact us with your name, order number, and the item/s to be exchanged, and we will gladly get your new items out to you right away."
    That sounds great, BUT, the phone number is not answered and takes you to a full mailbox so you can't leave a message. In addition, the email address on the website is invalid and returned my emails, and no one responded to the email that I sent to the email address on the order form (which appears to be a personal email address). This has been a month ago, with no response. So now, I'm past the return window because they will not answer calls or return emails and I'm left with two unusable swimsuits. This company is either a fly by night scam or they wanted to get rid of irregular suits without telling customers they are purchasing defective suits, or perhaps they are going out of business and trying to offload their inventory. Either way, they promised to stand behind their product, and they lied.

    I purchased two bathing suits on 9/21/2022 for $47. 69. I received them in the mail but they did not fit. I communicated with Illusions Activewear about this, and they offered to send me two bathing suits in a bigger size. These new bathing suits did not fit either. I returned four bathing suits to Illusions Activewear on 10/21/22. Illusions Activewear responded and offered to send two new bathing suits in a different size. On 10/25/22 I wrote to Illusions Activewear asking them to mail the suits in December since I was traveling. On 12/7/2022 I sent an email to Illusions Activewear asking them to send the bathing suits. No response. On 12/22/2022 I sent another email asking for the bathing suits. No response. On 1/25/2023 I wrote an email to Illusions Activewear asking for a refund. No response. On 2/3/2023 I sent a text message to Shawna Aparicio, founder of Illusions Activewear asking for a refund. No response. On 2/5/23 I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge, but they said that my complaint was older than 4 months since the original purchase date, and could not intervene. I tried to sign into my Illusions Activewear account to obtain my receipt, but my account no longer existed. I do not have a receipt, I have the charge on my credit card and a copy of the email communication.
