    After accepting my daughter into their program with a full understanding of her needs, she had just suffered the worst relapse she’s ever had and extensive violence and trauma due to her addiction, the staff at point break recovery immediately tried to send her to a different program claiming she needed a ‘higher level of care’. My daughter had been in a hospital setting for 3 weeks and was stepped down to residential level of care because she had stabilized. When they couldn’t find a program immediately to place her (and get paid a referral fee) the same staff member who admitted her dropped her off on a street corner in the bad neighborhood where she had been a victim of a violent attack just weeks prior. No phone, no money, just her bag of clothes and made her sign a document relinquishing her Release of information so they wouldn’t have to disclose information to me. My daughter was committed to getting better and instead of providing the help they claim to be experts in, they directly drove her to a place they knew she would relapse. She is now missing and in severe danger. Do not send your loved one here!!
