    Our vacuum hose for a Riccar vacuum was brought to your business for evaluation and repair of the Hose. The canister was also brought in. The canister was in working condition and was not the problem. My husband left the vacuum hose and canister vacuum without receiving any receipt (.Why no receipt????) He was contacted by the female employee stating they couldn’t fix the problem to come pickup the vacuum. When he returned to get the vacuum he was told that it wasn’t ready after being told less than an hour before he could pick it up. He received another call couple days later saying that the canister was broken and your vacuum is 15 years old-! So you got your money’s worth (Tough luck) come get your broken vacuum! The vacuum canister that was returned to us was NOT the vacuum we brought in. The serial number sticker was clearly replaced on the broken vacuum part and we were given another broken vacuum canister! This company took advantage of a 72 year old gentleman who they thought wouldn’t complain. I have pictures of serial number sticker that has clearly been removed and replaced.
