    They don't even deserve 1star. They made me sign over rights to my dog because I couldn't come up with $4,000 in 10 minutes. No payment plans, any other options, programs, nothing. The bill even said payment was due apon discharge. I needed to pay right then and there for them to even start the emergency surgery. I had no other choice but to sign him over. Now he will go to sparc who will adopt him out. I'm still just in shock.
