    In the end of March my water heater started to leak. I contacted Rheem ( the water heater company) that sent out a plumber , that plumber than sent out this company ( prodry) . The employee from prodry told me that I would not pay anything out of pocket, either my home insurance with cover it or Rheem would cover the cost of fixing the water damage. The company Prodry took down my dry wall and set up a couple of dehumidifier. That was it. Now they want to charge me 6,033. Really 7,500 because my home insurance only cover 1,500 of it. When I called to ask why is it so much and even why I'm have to pay out of pocket. She went into detail about how they had to move the washer... move the washer? Really that's included into the pricing? I would like not to be charged anything as i was told. They didn't even put up any drywall back. Just left it.

    We are victims of the Mountain Fire. ProDry scammed us and is billing us since our insurer declined to use their services. They are an unlicensed entity, started a clean up, made up bogus and false invoicing without a contract for scope of work and pricing. ProDry caused damage and theft and was asked to never return to our property.
