    Order Placed Nov 14/24 and paid via **** Debit. Over the past 2 months additional charges have been drawn by Black Falcon showing on my bank account under their company "Lifestyle" reflected on the **** Debit withdraw each time. Delays in shipping meant that I received the order just a few days ago. Yesterday another charge to my account was made by them in the amount of $44.41. They claim it is for a monthly subscription/membership fee of which I have not subscribed nor have given them permission to do. There was never a mention of this "Membership." I have requested the return of all "membership" fees. after numerous emails today, they claim that the fees are non-refundable but have now cancelled my "Membership". The total cost to me should have been $179.08 USD (per attached invoice) with CDN exchange of appx 1.40 it would be $257.09 CDN. They have charged me as follows NOV 14/24VISA DEBIT - LIFESTYLE - DRONE $142.27 NOV 14/24VISA DEBIT - LIFESTYLE - DRONE $71.77 NOV 14/24VISA DEBIT - LIFESTYLE - DRONE $43.05 DEC 14/24VISA DEBIT - LIFESTYLE - DRONE $43.80 JAN 13/25VISA DEBIT - LIFESTYLE - DRONE $44.41 TOTAL $345.30 That is a difference of $88.21 CDN of which they are refusing to refund. They claim to be doing business world wide so this is truly concerning that they are scamming so many people as I suspect they are. Please if you can help I would appreciate it so much.
