    12/16/2022 ordered head lights and tactical knives from EVERLYTE costing $178.00. Called mid January ************...clerk told me would notify shipping to send them today or next day...called on 02/08/2023 to almost certainly a scam...clerk told me I would have to go to a site he would direct me to receive refund or to cancel order (he couldn't get it straight)...told me he was in cancellation department and couldn't contact other departments of same business...had thick accent and difficult to understand...took him 3-4 minutes to give me business address...I asked for different clerk I could understand...puts me on hold and returns giving me different name though was obviously same person...finally told him he was a fraud and lying and instead of being insulted once again directs me to site to download procedure to receive monies...tells me he cannot return money to Visa...I must download site and follow instructions...told me everlyte located in *********, *****. Will now callVisa and report them as scam. Also, I purchased them from one of these Best Gadgets of 2022 sites.

    Ordered $150.00 of head lamps from Everlyte head lamp's December 9, received confirmation and second email December 10. Have called 5 times and emailed. Hung up on after holding every time; no response on email.

    I ordered a headlamp months ago for **** It never arrived so I made my first call to customer service. I was told it went to the wrong address. I was told that I cannot get my money back and that I could not speak to a supervisor. I was hung up on. I called the next day and was promised that another one would be sent to my correct address, but I would have to wait 5 to 10 business days. Well I waited a lot longer than that and made a 3rd phone call. Now I am told that my order was waiting on supervisor approval, and wasn't shipped as the last representative promised me. This is weeks after I was told it was on it's way! She then said it was approved and would ship immediately. Lo and behold, weeks later I have received NOTHING. I just want my **** or the product I paid for. I've been totally scammed. I've been lied to THREE times and have now been waiting for MONTHS after I paid them.
