    I ordered an electric bike on 3/6/23 online. On 3/7/23, my debit card was charged $27.54 & I got an email from the company confirming my order shipped & provided a tracking number AS750219513CN. Site states orders shipped from a warehouse in **: "Ships from ********** warehouse, Warehouse Address: ************************************************* Local shipping time in ****** is approximately 3-7 days.Try it Risk-Free. We offer 30 days Money Back Guarantee. 24/7 Customer Support." Shipping method & tracking # is for ********** shipped from "******** ****************** in *****. The order/tracking info on the company website shows my order supposedly delivered on 4/5/23, while ********** Tracking shows supposed delivery on 4/6/23. My order was not delivered. I went to the local post office and the postal workers did a thorough check/search and were unable to locate/confirm the tracking info, confirmed the item had never been delivered, and stated in their opinion, this website/order is a scam/fraudulent. I tried to contact customer support via the only listed method, email ************************* and ********************************** Both emails were returned undeliverable with message":Address not found. Your message wasn't delivered to ************************ because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.The response from the remote server was:551 5.1.1 recipient is not exist." Site has different company info: Under "Terms of Service: "Salebikee Online store," Salebikee WEAR LLC," Company Info/Contact **; "Bin ******** *********** Name: Bin ******** GmbH Address:*************************************************************." I googled this website/product & found many complaints similar to mine as well as numerous listings. Still continues to remain operational since at least 10/2022, while listed on numerous Scam/Fraud warning sites, lots of consumer complaints.Order#: ******** Item/SKU# :sku1676874223983 Payment Amount: $27.54 ********** Track #AS750219513CN
